Cows grazing in fields, sheep circling around tracks, nibbling away on whatever they come across and chickens unceasingly pecking, are also other typical postcards of our Valley. They are photos we can proudly display, as taking care of livestock has contributed a great deal to the region's prosperity.
Dairy products, such as the exceptional quality Serrano sheep's cheese, also the extremely well considered beef are a result of work carried out with great care.
Cured meats and sausages from la Vall de Bianya are also acclaimed as they are traditional fare.
